Audit & Finance Committee
| The Audit and Finance Committee, chaired by the Past President, includes the President, Vice President, and Treasurer (ex officio), is responsible for compliance with the applicable requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, oversight of the finances of the Association, and submitting a yearly budget for review and approval by the Governing Board. |
